At Starface, we want you to love your skin and your patches, but we understand if things don't always work out. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased directly from our official website within the last 30 days.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure your items in the original box (or any sturdy mailer), and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
